Crystal Reports Server software provides a total report solution that enables users to share, schedule, and distribute interactive reports and Microsoft Office files over the Web, in e-mail, and all in a secured environment.

With its' sophisticated system of customizable folders, groups, users, claendars, and events, Crystal Reports Server allows users to schedule an object (ie. Reports, Word, Excel, Adobe PDF's, and many other formats). These objects can easily be set to run once or on any recurring instance you need. Crystal Reports Server allows you to get your annual, weekly, quarterly, or even hourly or minute by minute up to date documents. Then distribute them in virually any means to your cell phone, PDA, fax, network printer and of course email and even secured network folder.

What do we do? We install, configure, and setup users and groups. We can use your existing Windows Active Driectory users importing them with their passwords directly into Crystal Reports Server. We can also create a folder hierarchy with security so that your users have access to reports that you want them to see. We create secured environments that leave access to reports that are not sensitive and can be seen by anyone as opposed to granting access to those managers and administrators that mission critical data only they should see.

Notice the "Rights Tab" which allows users to grant or deny different types of access to the "Administrative Reports" Folder. From "No Access" to "View Only" and "Full Control". Administrators of the Crystal Reports Server can adhere the appropriate authorization to specific Users or Groups.

Then Administrators can schedule objects like the World Sales Report in the Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable Folder. The illustration below shows the Properties Tab with description.

Next, users can set database login credentials or force end users to log in to the database insuring a secured data environment (Found under Process Tab and Database sub tab). Finally, users can schedule the object or report once, daily, weekly, monthly, and even a customizable set calendar.

Within the scheduler users can set notifications of whether a report has successfully completed.
