Report Solutions came in and trained our staff on Crystal Reports Developer and how it works with our own software Transcentive's Express Equity Suite. Then they showed us how to customize reports with Crystal Reports allowing us to see possibilities in our data and how we can create growth in our own service offerings.

The people at Report Solutions were totally committed to keeping us up and running when when another firm abandoned us. The staff took our problems and implemented a temporary fix while they went forward and built a newer more efficient modern one. With Visual Basic rebuild of our system, new SQL database changes, custom Crystal Reports and a flexible data delivery and report distibution system we now have the system we need. Those guys are nuts over there. Nuts about creating custom database  and custom report solutions for small and mid sized companies. When we offered bids on our project most estimated in the 20k range, Report Solutions did it for 6k and saved us by using off the shelf products some we already had in house. The staff at Report Solutions are as dedicated as they come. We had problems with our QuickBooks reports, our network security and countless issues with report performance, database cleanup and backup not to mention our staff needed to know how to manage all these aspects of IT.
